I can’t remember the last time we had a problem.

Consistency that is what Mad Data has delivered!   They developed an IT plan that incorporates preventative, as well as strategic process that ensure we never have any “surprises.”

On the rare occasion that we have had a problem, they have always responded immediately, and the problem was resolved very, very quickly.  Since we have adopted a proactive IT managed service plan, I can’t remember the last time that we had a problem.
